Stallone promotes UFC battle and shows footage from ‘The Expendables’

Besides appearing in Sylvester Stallone’s upcoming action-tastic feature The Expendables, Randy Couture and Antonio Nogueira will be duking it out on August 29th during a UFC event. Stallone, who is a fan of people beating the poo out of each other, put together a video to help promote the fight. He’s seen interviewing the two fighters and, for kicks, shows some footage from the anticipated film.
The story revolves around a group of mercenaries who attempt to overthrow a South American dictator who is not Hugo Chavez…but it should be.
The Expendables also stars Mickey Rourke, Eric Roberts, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Terry Crews, Stone Cold Steve Austin with a cameo from Arnold Schwarzenegger. The film pulverizes theaters on April 23rd, 2010.
