Lindsay Lohan makes it official: Joins cast of ‘Machete’
Add three more to 'Machete'
Last week we reported on the swirling rumors that Steven Seagal and Lindsay Lohan were reportedly knee deep in negotiations for Robert Rodriguez’s Machete. “Knee deep” meaning that the duo were looking over scripts delivered to the formers stars (oh, that’s not nice. They’re still stars to me. <wink>) and while Seagal was busy making sure that he’s paid what he’s worth (insert Seagal pun here), Lohan was mum.
Until now.
Lindsay Lohan recently tweeted the following: “Something was made official today!!!!!!!!!”
A new movie on ABC Family? Risque pictures? Drunken Flip video where she’s puking on a Little League trophy? Nay. After the vague announcement, Lohan added a link to the IMDB page for Machete.
Throw Lohan on the Danny Trejo/ Michelle Rodriguez heap and Machete is looking all the more interesting.
Machete is based on the faux-trailer from the Robert Rodriguez/Quentin Tarantino project Grindhouse.
