Robots. I hate robots.
All-star producer Jerry Bruckheimer has landed the rights to World War Robot, a graphic novel from artist Ashley Wood. The story is told as s war-diary by both sides in the conflict. It centers on a small band of humans and robots squaring off in a pitched battle on Earth, our moon and Mars. The deal was reportedly sealed during Comic-Con last month.
The news comes hot on the heels of Bruckheimer’s G-Force toping the box office last weekend with $32 million. The story of G-Gerbils was a resounding hit for families and Richard Gere <snicker>.
