Mila Kunis joins Darren Aronofsky’s ‘Black Swan’
As Darren Aronofsky’s Robocop continues to flounder (Rumor: MGM has started looking for a new director), his supernatural drama, Black Swan, moves into pre-production and is ready to start this autumn in New York.
Hot stuff Mila Kunis has joined the cast and will play ballet dancer, Lilly, who “torments rival Natalie Portman as a big performance draws nearer.”
Black Swan focuses on a veteran New York City ballet dancer (Portman) who finds herself in an intensely competitive situation with a rival (Kunis), who might be a ghost or figment of Portman’s chracter’s imagination.
The lovely Ms. Kunis has had a busy schedule with duties on Denzel Washington’s The Book of Eli, the Tina Fey/Steve Carell comedy Date Night and Mike Judge’s Extract.
Because it has to be said, anytime we can see Kunis and Portman in tights is A-OK. <thumbs up>
