If you’re looking for a steamy sex scene with Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively, keep waiting.
The CW star will reportedly bare more in Ben Affleck’s The Town than in Lively’s last film, The Private Lives of Pippa Lee, but the 22-year-old has said that her sex scene in the film was “sort of tragic.”
“I have a sex scene in this film and that’s never comfortable,” Lively says in a recent interview with Esquire. “You think, ‘Oh, this is going to be so awkward.’ But this scene isn’t supposed to be a steamy one – it’s sort of tragic. … I’m pretty much crying in it.”
With all this un-sexiness, how does Lively transition from her character in The Town with Gossip Girl’s Serena van der Woodsen? “I can snap into Serena very easily,” she said. “The way I dress as Serena is pretty much the way I dress as me. “I’m living in New York City, shooting in New York City. I’m in a comfort zone.”
It’s been a big week for the sexy actress as Lively has also been cast as the female lead in the upcoming Ryan Reynolds comic book film Green Lantern.
