Celebs come out to talk Brittany Murphy
Fox News put together a string of condolences for the family of the late Brittany Murphy. From Ashton Kutcher to Jessica Simpson, Murphy’s friends and acquaintances did their best to show some humanity during this tough time.
Just Married co-star and old flame Ashton Kutcher via Twitter:
“2day the world lost a little piece of sunshine. My deepest condolences go out 2 Brittany’s family, her husband, & her amazing mother Sharon.”

Jessica Simpson:
Brittany Murphy was an incredible ray of Light to so many people. Her smile was contagious. My prayers are with her family and loved ones.”
Jaime Kennedy misspelled Brittany Murphy’s name and went on to say that the industry killed her:
“Britney they say died of cardiac arrest from anorexia,” Jamie Kennedy Tweeted.
“Jesus christ how long before we f***in realize we r too hard on women in this biz.”
Clueless co-star Alicia Silverstone:
“I’m so saddened to hear this news. I loved working with Brittany. She was so talented, so warm and so sweet,” Silverstone said in a recently released statement. “I always felt connected to her as we shared a very special experience in our lives together. I feel love in my heart for her and hope she is at peace.”
Lindsay Lohan:
“My deepest condolences go out to all of Brittany Murphy’s loved ones & may she rest in peace… She was a great talent w/a beautiful soul,” wrote Lindsay Lohan.
Dollhouse star Eliza Dushku:
“My heart aches having just learned of Brittany Murphy’s death. We were friends time-to-time thru the yrs. I always admired her pure spirit,” Eliza Dushku posted on her Twitter page.

I was shocked by her dealth. Not long before, I watched her movie Love and Other Disasters, and remember how she tangoed and talked in her raucous but lovely voice. God bless her.
