Fans and skeptics are shocked over Miley Cyrus’ birthday
For many fans, Miley Cyrus’ recent birthday was marked with rampant disbelief and skepticism. According to reports, the former Disney star, who came to fame through the hit family show Hannah Montana, celebrated her 17th birthday on November 23rd. A celebration that millions of her fans never saw coming.
During her Los Angeles bash, Cyrus was joined by family and friends, including rumored 19-year-old boy-toy Liam Hemsworth, for her ’80s themed party held at Canal Room on Wednesday, November 18th.
“I can’t believe it! Miley Cyrus is 17! I just can’t even believe that is real,” said 13-year-old Jaime Denn. “I remember when she was just a kid. I loved her on Hannah Montana. I’m, like, so stunned by this.” Denn claims she has been a fan since she was 5-years-old and has been watching and mimicking Cyrus for well over three years. “I wear booty shorts just like Miley. My mom does too.”
Other fans were equally shocked by the recent news, which, according to Cyrus’ reps, appears to be an annual event. “Oh my gosh, I can’t even express with words how I feel about this. What is there left for her to do? She’s already done it all and with so much class!” said Cyrus 16 Forever club president Rebecca Granger. “I can’t believe she is 17! She’s aging so fast. She’ll probably marry a few times, have kids, shave her head and then smash photographers with an umbrella. I’m really sad about this. I can’t believe she’s 17. She really looks good for her age.”
When asked if she will continue to support Cyrus despite her recent handicap, Granger appeared distraught and confused. “I never thought about it. When I created Cyrus 16 Forever, it was with the hope that Miley wouldn’t age. This is really unexpected.”
While longtime fans are flabbergasted by Miley Cyrus’ announcement, others are shocked for slightly different reasons.
“I thought she was 21 by the way she acts,” says Michael “Downtown” Brown, a Phoenix nightclub owner. “Those pictures from that magazine where she’s almost naked, her working the stripper pole and shaking her [expletive]. I ain’t gonna lie to you, I was turned the [expletive] on. Then I found out she was 16 and I was like ‘what?’” When asked what Brown did after he found out her age, he said that he “went to take a stank ho” shower.
“The last time I did that was when Britney Spears did that schoolgirl video.”

I know it's kind of wierd now. But you know she won't be a kid forever so we should't fret over it. But ya she's come a long way. 17 should be a good year/age for her though.
