Uma Thurman is one bad-ass MILF. To prove it, the Kill Bill star is attached to the period drama Bel Ami with Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson.

Thurman will play a wealthy woman who has an affair with a corrupt journalist (Pattinson) as he tries to increase his Parisian social status.

Thurman’s role had previously been offered to Nicole Kidman.

Bel Ami will be adapted from the short story by Guy de Maupassant. It will also star Kristin Scott Thomas and is directed by Declan Donnellan.

Robert Pattinson’s latest, The Twilight Saga: New Moon arrives in theaters today.
