Disney issues ‘Queen’ character poster from ‘Alice in Wonderland’

The poster for Walt Disney Pictures’ Alice in Wonderland has hit the interwebs. The pic was posted on the Facebook fanpage for the Mad Hatter.
The official poster features the White Queen (the lovely Anne Hathaway), the Red Queen (Helena Bonham Carter) and those bastards known as Tweedledee and Tweedledum. This poster is the first in a series of character art used for the Tim Burton film. Next up will be Caterpillar and the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp), followed by a poster of Alice and the White Rabbit (Michael Sheen).
The poster has to obtain 7,500 “likes” on the Facebook page for “The Disloyal Subjects of the Mad Hatter” and then the next poster will be revealed.
“I have three treasures for my subjects, but what kind of leader would I be if I gave them to you all at once? Here’s the first – a morsel to appease,” read the message on the site. Disney is heavily using social networking to create buzz and they desperately want fans to spread the word about a “very important date” on March 5, 2010.
